We are recruiting an experienced Senior Environmental Consultant to join a growing environmental claims and remediation team.
We are particularly interested in candidates with onshore oil spill remediation experience, ideally gained within a specialist environmental remediation company. This is a home-based role involving site work across Northern Ireland and the management of environmental remediation projects from initial investigation through to completion.

- Site surveys and environmental investigations
- Soil, groundwater and vapour sampling
- Interpretation of field and laboratory data
- Scoping and costing remediation works
- Planning labour, plant and materials
- Managing projects from survey through to completion
- Supervising subcontractors and site teams
- Preparing reports, RAMS and project documentation
- Liaising with clients, insurers, regulators and homeowners
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant project management experience
- Strong background in environmental remediation / contaminated land or a closely related sector
- Ideally 1–2+ years’ experience with an environmental remediation specialist/competitor
- Onshore oil spill remediation experience highly desirable
- Experience managing subcontractors and live site works
- Good knowledge of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety requirements
- Strong client-facing and organisational skills

Package:
- £38,000–£45,000 depending on experience
- Home-based role
