We’re the @one Alliance - a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

What You’ll Be Doing
- 🟢 Lead on and provide support to construction projects on environmental and sustainability issues, including producing site-specific project documentation and communicating this to the relevant personnel.
- 🟢 Delegate authority from the Environment and Sustainability Manager in their absence including attendance at Business Unit meetings when required.
- 🟢 Provide support to Environment and Sustainability Advisors.
- 🟢 Ensure compliance with current environmental legislation and promote best practices relevant to @one Alliance.
- 🟢 Attend project specific meetings including (but not limited to) Fit for Enabling, Project Rehearsals and Fit for Construction.
- 🟢 Undertake Site Set Up Environmental Audits and other audits as required.
- 🟢 Lead in the reporting of CAT2, CAT3 incidents and CAT4 / Near miss reports and assist with CAT1 investigations.
- 🟢 Review CAT3 incident reports produced by the Environment and Sustainability Advisors.

What You’ll Bring
- 🟢 Subject matter expertise including Contaminated Land, Statutory Nuisance, Waste Management, Soil Testing, Ecology, Archaeology, Incident investigation.
- 🟢 Knowledge of key environmental legislation
- 🟢 Educated to degree level in environmental related subject
- 🟢 Member of a relevant professional body
- 🟢 Direct experience with environmental regulators
