Senior Equity & Inclusion Advisor

Location: University of Leicester Students’ Union, LE1 7RH

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £30,162

Hours: 34.5 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Senior Equity & Inclusion Advisor to lead and champion equity, diversity, inclusion and liberation initiatives across the Students' Union. Working closely with student leaders, elected officers and colleagues, you will empower underrepresented students, drive positive change, and help create an inclusive environment where every student can thrive and feel represented.

The successful candidate will have experience of leading inclusion-focused projects, building effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting others to achieve their goals. They will be an excellent communicator, highly organised, and committed to advancing equity, representation and student engagement.
