As a Senior ER Partner in the insurance industry

You'll be responsible for managing complex employee relations cases and providing guidance to ensure smooth HR operations. Your role will help the business stay compliant and foster positive working relationships across teams.

Description

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters to managers and teams.
  • Handle complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with employment law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with business needs.
  • Support organisational change initiatives and manage associated HR processes.
  • Deliver training and support to managers on handling employee relations issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve disputes effectively and fairly.
  • Conduct investigations and prepare reports for senior management as required.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and best practices.

Profile

A Successful Senior ER Partner Should Have

  • Extensive experience managing complex employee relations cases in a professional environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex TUPE transfers and redundancy programmes from planning through to implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to provide clear and effective HR guidance to managers and teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive working relationships.
  • Experience in the insurance industry would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Offer

Permanent position with a salary dependent on the level of experience, ranging from £55,000 to £60,000.
