We're looking for a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Specialist to join our Oracle Cloud Technology team and help shape the future of our global Oracle ERP platform.
This is an opportunity to work at the heart of a complex, enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion environment, partnering with Finance leaders, Global Process Owners, and technology teams to deliver business-critical capabilities that support our organisation worldwide.
As a recognised functional expert within your area of specialism, you will have the opportunity to influence platform direction, guide strategic decision-making, and lead the design and delivery of solutions that drive business value, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
We are building a team of ERP specialists with expertise across different Oracle Financials and Procurement domains. Depending on your background, you may specialise in areas such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany Accounting, Procurement, or Financial Control.
Working as part of the Oracle Cloud Technology Team within the Shared Services CIO function, you will collaborate with specialists across ERP, HCM, EPM, Reporting & Analytics, Cloud Operations, and Change Delivery to deliver innovative, scalable, and well-governed solutions that support our global business.
A Role You Will Love
As one of our lead Oracle ERP functional specialists, you will be recognised as a trusted subject matter expert within your area of expertise, providing functional leadership across the design, configuration, testing, support, and continuous evolution of our Oracle Fusion ERP platform.
This is a hands-on role that combines functional leadership with practical solution delivery. You will work directly within Oracle Fusion to configure, optimise, and enhance solutions, while also influencing platform strategy, shaping design decisions, and supporting business-critical transformation initiatives.
Working closely with the ERP Platform Owner, Finance stakeholders, project teams, and external partners, you will lead impact assessments for business change, regulatory requirements, Oracle quarterly releases, and strategic programmes. You will translate business requirements into scalable, supportable, and secure solutions, remaining actively involved from design and configuration through testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, helping shape platform roadmaps, improve business processes, and ensure solutions continue to deliver value as organisational needs evolve.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
