Job Role: Senior ERP Training Consultant
Based in: Soho, London / Hybrid
Salary banding: Upwards of £50k pa depending on experience
Reporting to: Customer Project Lead
Starting: November 2026

Requirements
This role works on assignments across our full spectrum of clients managing own delivery of specific inputs. Demonstrates the core level of skills, tools and techniques required, able to work autonomously.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:
- Reviewing the design documents against the Course Curriculum
- Create Course Design Documents
- Creating Digital Courses (storyboards for an instructional designer to create and in some cases in full with support)
- Development of Simulations, Work Instructions and QRGs to support end users post go live using a recording tool
- Developing classroom materials including; Slides, Data, Practice Scenarios, Assessment Questions
- Delivery of Training
- Collecting Feedback on courses and on attendees
- Providing Floor walking and post go live support to end users
- Contributing to status reports and weekly reporting
- Highlighting risks and issues that could impact delivery and identifying work around solutions
Must have knowledge and experience:
- 4 years + in a similar consulting position
- Experience in training documentation for example, e.g. writing Quick Reference Guides (QRGs), recording simulations, writing work instructions, developing instructor led-training material or developing basic eLearning storyboards required.
- This role is for an implementation of the Infor ERP system.
- This is an all round training role from material development to training delivery. There will be the requirement to support the development of elearning through the development of storyboards. Record simulations and create in field support guides using recording tools.
- Experience in defence and or manufacturing sectors is desirable.
- The modules/sections which you should be familiar in can include: Finance / Supply Chain / Warehousing / Inventory / Procurement / Manufacturing.
- Language skills are advantageous
