We are seeking an experienced ERP / Workday Test Lead to take end-to-end ownership of the programme testing lifecycle. You will ensure that business processes, integrations, data migration, security and reporting are fully validated and that the organisation is ready for a successful go-live.
Acting as the central point of coordination between the programme team, systems integrator, Workday, business stakeholders and third-party suppliers, you will provide independent assurance over solution quality, programme risk and deployment readiness.
The Role
You will:

- Establish testing standards, governance, controls and reporting.
- Define entry and exit criteria for each testing phase.
- Plan and coordinate testing across a multi-module deployment.
- Manage test-script preparation, execution, schedules and resources.

- Facilitate test-planning, defect-triage and readiness workshops.
- Establish and manage the programme defect process.
- Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and quality metrics.
- Ensure business processes are fully represented within test scenarios.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
