£28,561 - £35,002 per annum (Band 3 Point 15-22) 37.5 hours per week Permanent
About the Role
- Provide high-level administrative and governance support to the Estates, Sustainability & Environment (ESE) Management Team.
- Support the Director of ESE in the effective coordination and operation of departmental activities and priorities.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and knowledge management systems to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate compliance, audit, and governance activities, ensuring statutory and organisational requirements are met.
- Lead and monitor risk management and business continuity processes across the department.
- Support financial administration, performance reporting, and the monitoring of key departmental objectives.
- Line manage the Estates Service Desk Administrator, Data and Systems Officer, and Grounds and Maintenance Officer, providing leadership and support to ensure effective service delivery.
About You
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex documentation, competing priorities, and deadlines.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and high standards across all areas of work.
- Experience supporting compliance, governance, statutory, or regulatory requirements within a professional environment.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and providing effective support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience working within Estates, Facilities Management, or another regulated environment would be advantageous.
- A collaborative and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a busy team and contributing to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
