Position Overview:
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in our client's success by providing accurate and competitive estimates for projects. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, including data centers and steel frame sheds. This role is based in Chorleywood and offers a competitive salary package of £60,000 - £85,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Prepare detailed estimates for materials, labor, and other project costs.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and risk assessment.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
- Provide recommendations for cost-saving strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and pricing.
- Work closely with the bid and project management teams.
- Support the development of winning proposals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction industry, specifically within steel frame sheds and data center projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating software and tools.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- A commitment to quality and integrity.
