About The Role
Days of Working: Monday to Friday - 09:00 to 17:00
Role Overview:
- Read and understand the client requests / documentation.
- Labour loading/*Tag of asset information (*Tag if hard services estimator/TFM).
- Working to identify & collate specialist supply chain solutions & Costs.
- Consolidation of volumetric data from client literature.
- Attend site visits as required as part of the bid process.
- Formulation of tender returns (financial areas).
- Effectively manage agreed workloads to accommodate given timescales, working commitments & expected out-puts, which may include working unsociable hours and possible additional days over and above the contracted working week as mutually agreed.
- Carry all duties in line with OCS protocol.
General Accountabilities:
- Occasional availability to work unsociable hours.
- To have industry knowledge to keep abreast of competitors methodologies.
- Provide information, prepare and compilation of proposal submissions including solution and option appraisal of new methods of FM service delivery to identify valid and viable commercial delivery options.
- Proactive approach to the continuous improvement in communications, management procedures and systems to maximise profitability and improve operational efficiencies.
- Implementation of ‘best practice’ arising from consultation and liaison with external bodies and other OCS divisions.
- Implementation of common practice across the division to ensure meaningful commercial and operational datum’s are established.
- Use of OCS standard documentation & compliance with client requirements.
- Formulate solution based on BDM brief where required.
- Assist in the wider bid production of correspondence and documentation where required.
- Measurement of performance versus contracted requirements.
- Identification of a broad range of cost saving initiatives in line with contractual obligations.
- Periodically Actively participate in group meetings.
- Interactions with client organisation as required, providing meaningful reports and proactive data and information.
- Other duties as directed by the Line Manager.
