THE OPPORTUNITY
We are partnering with a leading Employee-Owned Tier 1 Contractor seeking a Senior Estimator – Infrastructure to join their growing Infrastructure division in Mississauga, Ontario.

This is more than pricing work.
You will influence strategy, shape project delivery and play a major role in securing high-profile infrastructure projects.
This role also offers genuine leadership responsibility with the opportunity to mentor and develop estimating teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and coordinate estimates across medium to large infrastructure pursuits
- Drive conceptual estimating, budgeting and bid preparation
- Analyse tender documents, drawings and technical requirements
- Develop constructability solutions and competitive bid strategies
- Identify project risks, opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
- Prepare schedules, labour, equipment and productivity planning
- Lead bid close processes and estimating strategy meetings
- Review subcontractor pricing and negotiate scope clarification
- Benchmark and cost projects using historical and market data
- Mentor and develop junior estimators and support teams
- Drive accountability, collaboration and estimating excellence
What We’re Looking For
- 10–12 years combined field and estimating experience
- Heavy Civil, Transit Or Infrastructure Estimating Experience Essential
- Strong understanding of procurement and tendering processes
- Ability to lead estimates and coordinate teams effectively
- Strong commercial and technical capability
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for winning work and delivering high-quality bids
