Our Client

Our client is a well-established, design-led main contractor specialising in the delivery of luxury and super-prime residential refurbishment and bespoke construction projects across Prime Central London. Their portfolio includes listed buildings, period properties, high-end extensions, basement excavations, and full turnkey refurbishments for high-net-worth private clients. The business prides itself on exceptional quality, close collaboration with architects and consultants, and delivering projects to the highest possible standards.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Estimator to strengthen their pre-construction team.

The Role

Reporting to the Directors, you will play a key role in securing new projects while also supporting the design process through detailed cost planning.

You will work closely with directors, architects, consultants, and the commercial team, helping to ensure projects are commercially viable from concept through to contract award.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
