About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator with a strong technical understanding of drylining, partition and ceiling packages.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Obtaining and analysing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options within tenders.
- Producing tender adjudication documents and handover information for delivery teams.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Helping identify opportunities for business growth and repeat work.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator.
- Strong technical understanding of drywall systems, interior fit-out and construction sequencing.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and technical information accurately.
- Commercial awareness with strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors and major construction projects.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office packages.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with operational and design teams.

Qualifications
- Relevant construction qualification preferred (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent experience).
- CSCS card desirable.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
