Senior Estimator

About the Role
As a Senior Estimator at Linesight, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic, culturally diverse team, fostering mentorship, growth, and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity
You will:
- Develop the estimate plan and coordinate estimate development with the project team
- Lead the development of the total project estimate
- Prepare the total Project Basis of Estimate (BoE) and the Estimate Risk Analysis, including cost contingency recommendations for the project team
- Analyze and provide recommendations for solutions to problems, from modest to highly complex, aligned with organizational and project objectives
- Maintain a library of current local rates for all estimates

Who We Are Looking For
If the following aspects resonate with you, we’d love to hear from you:
- Proven experience as an Estimator with increasing scope and responsibility in construction, including:
- Critical Infrastructure and MEP (desirable, not a prerequisite)
- Estimating systems expertise in Sage Timberline, InEight, or CostX
- Qualifications or comparable expertise in construction-related disciplines
- Chartered status (RICS, CEP or CPE) or Chartership in progress (support available)
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- A detail-oriented and quality-focused mindset
- A passion for branding strong relationships through collaboration, openness, and positivity
