Senior Estimator / Bid Manager – Bespoke Joinery & Fit-Out
£65k - £80k DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits | Super-Prime Residential & Commercial Central London
Are you a Senior Estimator or Bid Manager with a background in bespoke joinery or fit-out, looking to lead tenders on some of the most prestigious projects on the globe?
This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected interior fit-out and joinery business with over a century of heritage, working at the very high-end, with a competitive package a variety of projects and opportunities to progress further.
Based from the London office, you'll take the lead on high-value tenders from enquiry through to award - pricing bespoke joinery packages, shaping bid strategy and working directly with main contractors, architects and designers.

This position would suit a Senior Estimator or Bid Manager from a Joinery / Fitout background, who is looking for a long term role, with a competitive package, a variety of projects and potential to progress further.
The Role 📐
- Lead the tender process for high-value bespoke joinery and fit-out packages
- Produce detailed cost plans, take-offs and tender submissions
- Shape bid strategy and win themes, coordinating input from various teams
- Drawing up proposals and conducting site surveys etc

The Person ✅
- Proven background in estimating or bid management within joinery, fit-out or similar
- Comfortable working from architectural drawings and specifications
- Confident presenting and negotiating with clients and main contractors
- Commercially sharp, detail-focused, able to manage multiple tenders to deadline
