Senior EUC Support Technician

Permanent contract | Hybrid, UK | Occasional travel to Odevo UK sites as needed

What You’ll Do

  • Own complex technical escalations, delivering lasting solutions and a great customer experience.
  • Support and manage Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory and endpoint technologies, including Intune and Autopilot.
  • Deliver migrations, infrastructure upgrades and technology rollouts.
  • Strengthen security, share knowledge and mentor colleagues to improve service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven senior IT support experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure and endpoint management, alongside experience in networking and virtualisation.
  • Confidence delivering technical projects and working with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
  • Clear communication, a customer-first mindset and a proactive approach to ownership and improvement.
