The Advocate Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with Monster Energy

as the brand looks to develop and expand its presence in the events, experiences and hospitality space, hiring for a Senior Event Experience Manager in the UK.

This is more than just a purely logistics and planning role. You'll be able to think outside the box, spin plates, identify creative opportunities and execute events in true Monster fashion. You'll be at the heart of creating immersive brand experiences that bring people closer to the action, the athletes, the artists and the culture that surrounds the brand.

You'll lead a talented team, work with high-profile partners, collaborate with stakeholders across Europe, and have the freedom to shape how thousands of guests experience the brand every year. You'll combine strategy, creativity, event delivery and people leadership into one genuinely exciting role.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and delivering exceptional guest experiences across a diverse portfolio of non-motorsport events and partnerships.
  • Identifying new opportunities to elevate the brand experience and turn great events into unforgettable moments.
  • Managing event hospitality programmes, guest journeys and VIP experiences from concept through to execution.
  • Working closely with marketing, commercial and partnership teams across EMEA to maximise event impact.
  • Building strong relationships with partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Developing creative communications to promote experiences and engage internal audiences.
  • Using guest insights and performance metrics to continuously improve experiences and drive innovation.
  • Occasionally rolling up your sleeves and being on-site to make sure every detail is delivered flawlessly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
