We’re looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager / Senior Project Manager / Project Lead who can take an event brief and turn it into an exceptional experience — from first idea to final delivery.
Join an ambitious, people-focused agency/consultancy working with major organisations across live events, conferences, roadshows, experiential events, award ceremonies and corporate experiences.
Working within a small, collaborative team of Consultants, Project Managers, Producers, Content Specialists and Creatives, this role brings together strategy, creativity, production and flawless delivery.
It’s a position for someone who can confidently sit between client, creative, production and delivery — bringing structure, energy and calm to complex projects.
What you’ll own
- Take full ownership of event projects and integrated event programmes from initial brief through to live delivery.
- Deliver a range of B2B and B2E events, including conferences, roadshows, experiential events, award ceremonies and corporate events.
- Lead the full event lifecycle — briefing, planning, production, logistics, supplier management, onsite delivery and post-event.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, suppliers, venues and workstreams across mid-to-large-scale and complex events.
- Deliver live, virtual and hybrid events, with a strong understanding of event production and logistics.
- Build trusted relationships with senior clients, stakeholders, suppliers and partners, generating repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
- Partner with creative and production specialists to develop and deliver high-quality, strategic and creative event experiences.
- Own budgets, timelines and commercial delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to brief.
- Lead pitches, proposals and client presentations.
- Manage risk, health & safety and operational requirements, leaving nothing to chance.
- Mentor and support junior Event Managers and Project Managers, sharing knowledge and best practice.
- Stay ahead of event industry trends, technology and emerging experiences.

An experienced Senior Event Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Lead, Event Project Manager, Senior Event Producer or Senior Event Producer with a strong agency background.

- Highly organised, commercially aware and completely comfortable taking ownership of complex events.
- Great event delivery is about much more than a production schedule. The ability to shape a brief, challenge assumptions, spot risk, solve problems and keep everyone moving when the pressure is on is essential.
- A strong network of event suppliers, production partners and venues is important, alongside the confidence to negotiate, manage and get the best from them.
- Senior stakeholder and client management should come naturally, with strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, timelines and competing priorities.
- Calm under pressure, resilient, collaborative and solutions-focused — with an exceptional eye for detail.
