Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Event Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of events and guest experiences at our state-of-the-art headquarters.
This is a campus-based role, responsible for ensuring our colleagues, partners, and external guests receive an exceptional experience every time they visit the Team. You will combine outstanding event management, commercial awareness, and stakeholder leadership with the creativity to continually elevate how we bring the Aston Martin Aramco brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of HQ guest experiences and events, taking ownership of planning, logistics, execution, quality, and overall guest outcomes.
- Act as a senior point of contact for guests, confidently managing partner groups, internal colleagues, and external contacts throughout their experience.
- Manage and develop a team of two direct reports, setting clear priorities, allocating resources effectively, and supporting their continued development.
- Deliver contractual partner assets and bespoke events, ensuring activity meets agreed requirements while aligning with partner objectives and Aston Martin Aramco brand values.
- Own event budgets and financial management, tracking expenditure, supporting forecasting, and ensuring delivery remains aligned with agreed budgets.
- Lead event set-up, live delivery, and de-rig, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to ensure every event is operationally ready and delivered to an exceptional standard.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, proactively managing communication, expectations, risks, and issues across multiple workstreams.
- Use guest feedback, event data, and post-event insight to evaluate effectiveness, identify improvements, and continually enhance the guest experience.
- Champion innovation, sustainability, and best practice, identifying creative opportunities to make experiences more engaging, memorable, and aligned with the Team's values.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and operational compliance, ensuring every guest experience provides a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven experience managing end-to-end events and guest experiences within a premium, sporting, entertainment, hospitality, or high-profile environment.
- Experience of delivering complex events with multiple stakeholders, suppliers, dependencies, and competing priorities.
- Experience working with commercial partners, sponsorship assets, or brand-led events, with an understanding of how to deliver against contractual requirements.
- Previous experience of leading and developing people, with the ability to create clarity, prioritize workloads, and get the best from a team.
- Strong budget management and commercial awareness, with experience tracking event expenditure and supporting forecasting and financial planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior leaders, partners, suppliers, and guests.
- A calm, organized, and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to make confident decisions and deliver under pressure in a rapidly changing environment.
- A strong understanding of guest experience, event trends, health & safety, and operational best practice, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
