Senior Event Manager – Creative Change & People Impact Agency

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 per annum + Benefits
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of an industry-leading People Impact Agency in London that helps ambitious, global brands navigate major transformation moments—from leadership transitions to AI disruption. They do this by turning complex strategy into engaging human behavior through live events, experiential activations, and internal communications.

As a Senior Event Manager, you won't just execute logistics; you will take full ownership of high-impact B2B and B2E (Business-to-Employee) campaigns in a vibrant, collaborative hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Delivery: Lead complex live, virtual, and hybrid event projects (conferences, leadership summits, internal roadshows, activations, and award shows) from brief to execution.
  • B2B & B2E Strategy: Partner with creative and strategic teams to design experiences for both corporate/external audiences and internal employee engagement programmes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build deep, trusting relationships with senior brand stakeholders, acting as a consultative lead on event strategy.
  • Pitching & Commercials: Lead and deliver dynamic client proposals, manage project budgets, and track profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior event coordinators and producers, fostering a supportive, high-performing culture.

Key Requirements:

  • Agency Background: Proven track record in a fast-paced live event, integrated marketing, or experiential agency.
  • Dual Event Experience: Hands-on experience delivering both B2B corporate events and B2E internal change/engagement events.
  • Supplier Network: A strong, established network of venue partners, production suppliers, and tech vendors across the UK and internationally.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and pitching skills.
  • Leadership: High EQ, resilience under pressure, and a passion for developing junior talent.
