Location - Europe (hybrid, travel required)
Team - European Marketing
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a talented Event Marketer to join our team. The successful candidate will own the planning and execution of the European Tier 2 events, and lead European thought-leadership webinars, ensuring a consistent, high-quality event experience that supports ARR, NRR and GRR growth. This is a hands-on role for an events professional who thrives on turning ambitious concepts into flawless, on-the-ground execution — and wants their fingerprints on some of Europe's most high-profile technology events.

- Tier 2 event delivery (strategically important events with high influence on European business success): Own and execute all Tier 2 events across Europe end-to-end, including Executive Briefings (EBCs), high profile tradeshows, and internal events— covering logistics, content coordination, on-site delivery and post-event follow-up.
- Thought leadership programs: Lead the planning, promotion and delivery of thought-leadership programs across Europe, working with subject-matter experts and marketing to maximise reach and engagement.
- Cross-functional support: Work cross-functionally to support the various stakeholders in planning business critical events, while ensuring alignment with the wider event strategy and brand standards.
- Vendor & logistics management: Manage venues, suppliers and on-site logistics for owned events, keeping quality high and costs on budget.
- Team player: Work as part of an Events team on deliverables, timelines and priorities across Tier 2 events.
- Reporting: Track and report on event performance and attendance, feeding results back into the wider European events strategy.
- Finances: manage budget applications, manage events on budget and report on results linking event activity to real world output and ROI

Experience & Attributes
- Significant experience in event planning/management, ideally in B2B, technology or channel marketing environments
- Proven track record running in-person events (logistics, on-site delivery) as well as virtual/webinar formats
- Strong organisational skills and comfort juggling multiple concurrent events
- Confident stakeholder communication skills — comfortable engaging colleagues and partners at all levels, both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel across Europe for on-site event delivery
- Experience supporting channel or alliance partner events (an advantage)
- Comfortable guiding and prioritising the work of a junior team member
