Job Description
ServiceNow UK & Ireland Marketing
You will be working in the UK and Ireland marketing team, a team of 9 (soon to be 10!) who are responsible for generating and influencing pipeline for the UK&I business in support of priority industries and solutions. We do this through integrated campaigns that span executive engagement, digital marketing, flagship events, communities and user groups, pursuit-based marketing and thought leadership. The team works together with our go to market organisation and collaborates closely with the EMEA and Global marketing teams.
And to the events specifically covered by this new and exciting role – our Public Services Summit series, SNUGs, our AI Summits and World Forum. You’ll be amongst some of the biggest and brightest moments ServiceNow creates for and with our customers, prospects and partners. From industry-specific to flagship moments, pre-sales to cultivating our community, this role will be making a difference across our business.

What you get to do in this role
- Execute audience acquisition and segmentation for flagship experiences: pull and manage data, build target lists, run and track ticketing against the plan set by the flagship experience lead. Own accuracy on getting the right audience in, on time.
- Create and deploy multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email sequences, organic and paid social, third-party promotion) in partnership with digital teams to drive registration, aligned to GTM schedules.
- Manage all event campaigns end-to-end in marketing systems, keeping assets, audiences and timelines accurate. Act as the operational backbone of event delivery.
- Build, quality control and optimise registration pages for conversion; manage the attendee list from invite through confirmation, maintaining data integrity throughout.
- Run on-site registration and check-in, including briefing and managing desk staff and agency partners for a seamless attendee experience.
- Deploy consistent pre- and post-event surveys and turn results into a clear read for planning and stakeholder reporting.
- Coordinate post-event follow-up with GTM and sales teams for timely outreach to attendees and no-shows, feeding results into pipeline reporting.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Proven experience in event marketing or field marketing within a B2B technology environment, with a demonstrable track record of owning audience acquisition and demand generation for in-person or hybrid events.
- Strong copywriting skills — you can write a compelling invite or nurture sequence that excites and attracts both existing and new contacts.
- Experience working within marketing automation and CRM platforms; familiarity with ServiceNow's marketing tech stack (Adobe Workfront, Swoogo, Marketo, Dynamics) is a plus.
- Comfortable managing data, segmentation logic and campaign operations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Confident managing multiple workstreams simultaneously against fixed event deadlines.
- Experience managing on-site event logistics, including registration desk operations, briefing and managing desk staff and agency partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills — you know when to flag, when to decide and when to escalate.
- Experience partnering with sales and GTM teams on lead follow-up and pipeline reporting.
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making or problem-solving, including AI-powered tools or automating workflows.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and skilled in using generative AI tools such as Claude, MS Co-pilot or ChatGPT.
