Role Purpose

Based at Town Hall Spaces, you'll be part of a team delivering everything from high-profile corporate events and brand activations to private celebrations and large-scale hospitality experiences. We are looking for an exceptionally organised, creative Senior Event Planner to join our growing planning team.
You'll take ownership of events from initial enquiry through to delivery, creating bespoke experiences that bring together innovative food and beverage concepts, exceptional guest experiences and flawless event planning. Working closely with clients, culinary teams, operational departments and external partners, you'll ensure every event is meticulously planned and delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of events from initial enquiry and quotation through to final planning and post-event completion.
- Build strong client relationships, creating bespoke event proposals that reflect individual briefs, objectives and brand identities.
- Collaborate with Culinary, Creative and Operations teams to develop innovative food, beverage and event concepts.
- Produce accurate function sheets, quotations and planning documentation, ensuring operational teams have all the information needed for seamless delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in event planning, account management or hospitality events within a premium venue, catering or events environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience producing quotations, managing budgets and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
