Senior Project Manager / Events Producer — Beauty, Lifestyle & Luxury

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Events Producer to join a fast-growing creative studio delivering standout events, campaigns and 360 activations for leading beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands.

You'll own end-to-end delivery — from scoping and budgets through to on-site production — across projects ranging from £25K to £200K+.

What you'll do:

  • Manage end-to-end production of events and campaigns, from concept to completion
  • Brief in the internal design team and keep production timelines on track
  • Own supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
  • Balance client budgets against delivery expectations with sharp negotiation skills
  • Support new business pitches, quotes and research
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Travel on-site across London, the UK, Europe and the US for installs, events and venue recces

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience in delivering creative events and multi-disciplinary projects across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, mailers or experiential
  • Agency or in-house brand-side background in events, marketing or PR
  • Strong supplier network and a firm grasp of production timelines
  • Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and delivering under pressure
