Senior Project Manager / Events Producer — Beauty, Lifestyle & Luxury
We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Events Producer to join a fast-growing creative studio delivering standout events, campaigns and 360 activations for leading beauty, lifestyle and luxury brands.
You'll own end-to-end delivery — from scoping and budgets through to on-site production — across projects ranging from £25K to £200K+.

What you'll do:
- Manage end-to-end production of events and campaigns, from concept to completion
- Brief in the internal design team and keep production timelines on track
- Own supplier relationships and lead contract negotiations
- Balance client budgets against delivery expectations with sharp negotiation skills
- Support new business pitches, quotes and research
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Travel on-site across London, the UK, Europe and the US for installs, events and venue recces

What you'll bring:
- Strong experience in delivering creative events and multi-disciplinary projects across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, mailers or experiential
- Agency or in-house brand-side background in events, marketing or PR
- Strong supplier network and a firm grasp of production timelines
- Confidence managing multiple stakeholders and delivering under pressure
