Senior Event Producer - Luxury, Beauty, Fashion

London | Hybrid
Up to £65k depending on experience

Overview

We’re partnering with a creative events agency to find an experienced Senior Event Producer for their London team.

This is a hands-on role delivering events, experiential activations and creative campaigns across luxury, beauty, fashion and lifestyle, with projects spanning the UK and international markets.

You’ll have real ownership of your projects from the initial brief through to live delivery, working closely with creative teams, clients and production partners to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of events and brand experience projects, from brief through to live delivery and post-event wrap
  • Own project timelines, budgets and overall production
  • Work closely with creative and design teams to develop concepts into deliverable experiences
  • Manage venues, suppliers, production partners and freelance resource
  • Act as a key client contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Lead supplier sourcing, negotiation and production planning
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities across different stages of delivery
  • Oversee on-site production, installations and derigs
  • Support and guide more junior members of the team
  • Contribute to pitches, proposals and new project development
  • Travel within the UK and internationally for projects when required

  • Strong events production experience, ideally gained within an agency environment
  • Proven experience delivering events, experiential activations and brand experiences end-to-end
  • Experience across luxury, beauty, fashion or lifestyle is highly desirable
  • Confident managing clients, suppliers, budgets and timelines
  • Strong understanding of creative and production processes
  • Comfortable working closely with creative and design teams
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Calm, solutions-focused and confident managing the demands of live projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
