Want to be part of creating some of the most exciting customer experiences in the UK?

We're looking for a Senior Event Project Manager to join our Marketing team on an initial 6-month freelance contract.

This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of major events and experiential activations across Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City, helping shape memorable experiences that drive footfall, engagement, and commercial impact.

You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing, Centre Marketing Managers, and external partners to bring ambitious event concepts to life. From fashion and music events to movie launches and festive activations, you'll play a key role in ensuring every event is delivered safely, seamlessly, and to the highest standard.

If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership, and love turning creative ideas into reality, we'd love to hear from you.

Why this role matters

Events are a key part of how we engage our customers and bring the Westfield brand to life. Over the next six months, we have an exciting programme of large-scale activations planned across our flagship destinations. We're looking for an experienced event professional to lead production delivery, coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage suppliers and budgets, and ensure every event exceeds expectations.

This role combines technical event delivery expertise with creativity, commercial awareness, and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.

What you'll be getting involved in

No two days will look exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:

  • Leading the end-to-end delivery of major events and activations across Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City
  • Supporting the development of creative event briefs alongside the Head of Marketing and Centre Marketing teams
  • Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and supplier relationships to ensure successful event delivery
  • Coordinating stakeholders across multiple business functions and maintaining clear communication throughout each project
  • Overseeing event production, installation, on-site delivery, and de-rig activities
  • Managing health & safety, risk assessments, licenses, and compliance requirements
  • Leading external agencies, freelance resources, and specialist suppliers
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer experience across every activation
  • Monitoring trends across retail, fashion, culture, and experiential marketing to bring fresh ideas and inspiration to future plans

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
