Senior Event Chef

Salary: £48,000 | Full-Time | London | 7 day operation

Ready to help shape something exciting from the ground up?

We’re looking for an ambitious, creative and hands-on Senior Sous Chef to join one of London’s newest event venues. Open for less than a year, the venue is growing quickly and already establishing itself within the capital’s events scene.

This is a lively seven-day operation, delivering events across weekdays, evenings and weekends. You’ll work across a varied rota, supporting everything from corporate functions to large-scale hospitality experiences. No two days will be quite the same—and that’s exactly what makes the role so exciting.

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you’ll help develop menus, lead the kitchen team and deliver exceptional food for every event. It’s a fast-paced, collaborative and genuinely fun environment where your ideas will be welcomed and you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
