Working closely with the Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager, Senior Events Coordinator and wider marketing team, you’ll coordinate logistics, liaise with suppliers, and help manage the moving parts that make each event a success. You’ll be trusted to represent Pepper Money with confidence, professionalism, and attention to detail, whether you’re supporting internal colleagues or working with external partners.

You will:

  • Managing the full distribution events calendar, including roundtables, expos, industry forums, and conferences.
  • Managing key event administration tasks, including guest communications, event documentation and calendar coordination.
  • Working with key stakeholders to support joint events and ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Liaising with third-party suppliers to ensure timely delivery of branding, merchandise, and event collateral.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to amplify event attendance and engagement through social media, email campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Supporting the wider events programme, including larger-scale events, sponsorship activations and internal initiatives when required.
  • Collaborating with Marketing to help drive attendance and engagement through email and social channels.
  • Preparing post-event summaries, feedback and reporting to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining accurate records of budgets, timelines, suppliers and compliance documentation.
  • Assisting with internal engagement initiatives such as colleague town halls, celebrations, and recognition events.
  • Ensuring all events reflect Pepper Money’s brand values and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience.
  • Contributing to the development of new event formats and ideas to enhance broker engagement and brand visibility.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador at events, representing Pepper Money with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Work closely with the Senior Events & Sponsorship Manager and the wider marketing team to plan timelines, coordinate logistics, and manage suppliers, venues and on‑site operations.
  • Represent Pepper Money with confidence and professionalism when liaising with external partners and supporting internal colleagues, safeguarding our brand experience at every touchpoint.
  • Support sponsorships and hospitality programmes to ensure we “show up” with consistency and impact across high‑profile industry moments and internal celebrations.
  • Own the moving parts that make events successful; guest comms, collateral, supplier co-ordination briefing notes, and post‑event reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
