Senior Events Executive - 12-Month FTC

Join a leading international professional services firm as part of a brand-new central events function - shaping how it delivers standout client events, conferences and thought leadership across multiple jurisdictions.

Work side by side with Partners and senior stakeholders on high-profile hospitality and campaigns that raise brand profile and drive real business development. A genuinely exciting one to sink your teeth into.

Title: Senior Events Executive (12-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month FTC
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

You'll work closely with Business Development, Brand & Marketing, Partners and senior stakeholders to deliver innovative, high-quality events across multiple jurisdictions.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a varied events programme, ensuring every event is professionally executed, commercially focused and delivers an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and delivering seminars, conferences, webinars, roundtables and corporate hospitality events
  • Managing the full event lifecycle from concept through to execution and post-event analysis
  • Coordinating venues, suppliers, catering, production, branding and event logistics
  • Managing invitations, RSVP processes and attendee communications
  • Working closely with Business Development teams to ensure events support wider commercial objectives
  • Managing event budgets and identifying opportunities to maximise ROI
  • Producing post-event reporting and insights to shape future activity
  • Supporting virtual and hybrid events using digital event platforms
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Ensuring events meet brand, governance and compliance standards

About You

You'll already have experience delivering high-quality corporate events within a professional services or corporate environment and enjoy managing multiple projects simultaneously.

You'll ideally bring:

  • 3+ years experience managing corporate events end-to-end in a legal firm /law practise
  • Experience organising conferences, seminars, client events, webinars and corporate hospitality
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
  • Experience managing suppliers, venues, budgets and event logistics
  • Knowledge of CRM, email marketing and event management platforms
  • Experience delivering virtual and hybrid events would be advantageous.
