Make an Impact at RSM UK

The projects and events team are looking for an organised and driven Senior Events Executive. The role will help coordinate and deliver impactful digital and in-person events with a focus on driving brand engagement, new business leads and awareness of the scope of services and thought leadership RSM offers.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Event planning & coordination: plan and deliver events, working closely with key internal teams to align event objectives with the overall campaign strategy.
  • Data & insights: track and analyse event performance, attendance, engagement and follow-up activity, using insights to improve future events.
  • Stakeholder support: collaborate with the wider IMC team and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality events that reflect the RSM brand and enhance the attendee experience from brief to follow-up. Share and promote event best practice across the firm.
  • Event technology & continuous improvement: act as the subject matter expert for event platforms and technology, driving best practice adoption, exploring new functionality and identifying opportunities to improve event processes, reporting, engagement and attendee experience.
  • Budget & supplier management: support the management of event budgets and work with third-party suppliers to ensure successful event delivery.
  • Training & knowledge sharing: support the development of event capability across the team by sharing best practice, creating guidance and helping to onboard new team members

  • Passionate about event delivery, with a strong understanding of how events support lead generation and client engagement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality across all aspects of event planning, delivery and follow-up.
  • Experience delivering a range of marketing and digital events and campaigns.
  • Creative and innovative, with a willingness to test new ideas and approaches.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Well organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven, with the ability to use insights and reporting to improve event performance.
  • Ability to deliver strategic events that support firmwide, service line and sector objectives.
  • Experience of event technology platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of professional services is desirable but not essential.
