Senior Project Manager – Events

Leeds | Hybrid – 3 days in the office | Salary c£42k

We're looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a fantastic agency team delivering high-profile, impactful events for a major global client.

You'll spend much of your time working closely with one key client, taking ownership of an annual programme of events and really getting under the skin of their business, people and objectives. Alongside this, you'll have the opportunity to work across other events and projects within the agency, giving you plenty of variety.

These are carefully considered, high-budget events where the detail really matters. You'll be involved from the initial brief and idea through to finding the right location and venue, shaping the experience, managing all the moving parts and delivering the event itself.

A big part of the role is the client relationship. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, becoming someone they trust to understand what they're trying to achieve, offer ideas and advice, and make sure everything comes together brilliantly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
