Senior Events Manager (Maternity Cover)

Prospectus is delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit for a Senior Events Manager (Maternity Cover). Our client is the Army's national charity here for soldiers, past and present, and their families for life. Last year we supported over 75,000 soldiers, veterans, and their families through this work including by funding 86 charities, from Combat Stress and Walking with the Wounded to smaller local organisations.

Job Details

This is a 9-month part-time maternity cover contract, requiring 21 hours of work per week. The pro-rated salary for this role is £28,005 per annum. The postholder is expected to work from their offices in Victoria a minimum of 3 days every 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

The postholder will coordinate the delivery of event plans across the fundraising products and London Marathon income stream on a pan-Charity basis, meeting strict deadlines and budget requirements to achieve efficiency and productivity from the income stream. You will be working in collaboration with the Assistant Director of Operations and the Assistant Director of Central Events and High Value Relationships.
