Our producers are at the heart of everything we do. They're strategic thinkers, creative problem-solvers and delivery experts who transform ambitious ideas into world-class experiences.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Event Producer to join our growing UK team and take the lead on delivering complex, high-profile projects for some of our biggest global clients.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Senior Event Producer, you'll lead the development and delivery of complex live, hybrid and virtual events from concept through to onsite execution. Working alongside clients, creative teams, production specialists and suppliers, you'll transform briefs into memorable experiences that exceed expectations.

You'll be trusted to lead projects, inspire teams and ensure every event is delivered creatively, commercially and operationally to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities Include

Creative Event Leadership

  • Lead the creative development and production of large-scale live, hybrid and virtual events.
  • Translate client objectives into engaging event concepts, content strategies and attendee experiences.
  • Develop production briefs and collaborate with Creative, Content and Technical Production teams.
  • Research innovative ideas, speakers, entertainment and experiential elements that elevate each event.
  • Contribute creative thinking to client pitches and proposals.

Project Delivery

  • Lead complex event projects from initial briefing through to final delivery.
  • Manage timelines, project documentation, budgets and delivery plans.
  • Partner closely with Account Directors, Project Directors and Executive Producers.
  • Build trusted client relationships, providing strategic advice and creative solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure every event is delivered on time, on budget and to an exceptional standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
