Senior Events Producer | Wellness, Culture & Experiences

£70,000 + Bonus

I am seeking an exceptional Senior Events Producer to lead and scale a growing programme of wellness, cultural and community experiences.

My client is looking for someone with a proven track record of producing high-profile events, an enviable industry network and the commercial instincts to identify partnerships, talent and opportunities that elevate our brand and experiences.

You'll take ownership of the event strategy and delivery, producing everything from intimate founder-led gatherings and wellness experiences to large-scale launches, brand collaborations and cultural events. You'll bring a black book of contacts across venues, talent, brands, facilitators, suppliers and strategic partners, using these relationships to create standout experiences and unlock new opportunities.

Working closely with the Founder and leadership team, you'll shape our events programme, drive partnerships, manage budgets and deliver exceptional experiences that strengthen our community and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end production of events, experiences and activations.
  • Develop and execute an annual events strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Leverage an established network of venues, talent, wellness practitioners, brands and suppliers.
  • Source and secure strategic partnerships, sponsorships and affiliate opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Build and manage event budgets, forecasts and ROI reporting.
  • Lead run-of-show planning and on-site event delivery.
  • Manage VIP guests, speakers, performers and stakeholders.
  • Identify new concepts, formats and experiences that enhance community engagement and brand awareness.
  • Act as the senior point of contact across all event activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
