Are you a passionate and experienced Senior Event Production Manager looking to make meaningful impact in a dynamic social change organisation?

The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Senior Events Production Manager to make an impact by leading the technical execution and physical production of the RSA’s events programme, setting a benchmark for world-class delivery across in-person, hybrid, and broadcast formats. Working closely with the Head of Programming, this role will translate creative and editorial vision into seamless operational reality, from AV, staging, and shooting to supplier-management and show-calling - empowering the wider programming team to deliver high-impact, industry-leading events that captivate global audiences and drive Fellowship growth.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

  • Experienced event production professional with a proven track record of delivering high-profile, content-led events that engage audiences and create lasting impact.
  • Strong technical production expertise across live, hybrid and broadcast-style events.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments and remains calm and effective under pressure.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
  • Confident in building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, colleagues and senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative communicator who works effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve challenges in real time.
  • Passionate about creativity, innovation and social impact.
  • Inspired by and committed to the RSA's mission of turning possibility into progress.
