The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time remote role providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership at GPN. This position manages calendars, schedules meetings across multiple time zones, coordinates virtual events, and organizes travel and logistics as needed. The role includes preparing and formatting documents, presentations, and reports, maintaining files and databases, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items. The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant will handle email and phone correspondence, screen and prioritize requests, and facilitate clear communication between senior leaders and internal and external stakeholders. The role also involves supporting project coordination, tracking deadlines, assisting with meeting agendas and minutes, and improving administrative processes to enhance efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including calendar management, document preparation, and record keeping.
  • Demonstrated Executive Administrative Assistance experience supporting senior or executive-level leadership.
  • Professional Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and responsiveness in managing calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and virtual collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a policy, nonprofit, global health, or international organization setting is an advantage.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, public policy, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
