sclr labs is expanding its Advisory Hub.

sclr labs is a scaling platform for ambitious companies across technology, life sciences and frontier innovation.

Two hubs. One network.

  • Venture Hub: Seed → Series A · residency · sessions
  • Advisory Hub: Series A → Series B+ · bespoke programmes · strategic growth · market expansion

With a growing pipeline of strategic engagements into 2027, we are now assembling a very small senior bench of operators to work alongside us on selected engagements.

We are looking to bring a small number of exceptional senior operators into our network as Senior Executive Advisors for strategic and bespoke engagements with later-stage companies.

We are looking for people who have been in the room when the decisions had to be made. Former CEOs. CROs. CFOs. COOs. CPOs. Commercial and international expansion leaders. Senior operators with deep experience in scaling, transformation, commercialisation, market entry, organisational design, capital strategy and other complex growth challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

In this case, it's not like a traditional consulting network. We are not looking for people who simply advise companies from the outside. We are looking for seasoned operators who have built, scaled, transformed or led businesses and can bring that experience directly into the room.

The work sits at the intersection of deep operating experience and sclr's own approach to scaling. We bring our methodology, strategic perspective and network together with the experience and judgement of senior operators to tackle complex growth challenges.

The work will be selective and engagement-led, with each engagement shaped around the company, the challenge and the expertise required.

We are particularly interested in people who:

  • have substantial C-level or equivalent operating experience
  • have worked with companies beyond the very early stage
  • have experience navigating complex commercial or strategic decisions
  • are comfortable working directly with founders, CEOs and boards
  • can move between strategy and execution
  • bring genuine pattern recognition rather than a generic advisory playbook
  • are collaborative and comfortable working as part of a senior team
  • care more about solving the problem than selling themselves

It is our intention to keep this group very small. If you have spent your career building businesses rather than building a personal consulting brand, and this sounds like the kind of work you would enjoy, we would be interested in hearing from you.
