What you will do

In this position, you will provide high-quality operational support to Klarna's CFO and CLO by coordinating complex calendars, managing travel logistics, and preparing key meeting materials across finance and business functions. You will act as a trusted partner by handling stakeholder communication with clarity and discretion while driving efficiency across daily workflows. You will also support strategic business projects where structured execution and strong follow-through are essential, and financial acumen is a plus. Your work will help ensure the CFO operates with full focus on Klarna's financial strategy and business priorities.

Who you are

  • Strong organizational abilities, with experience managing calendars, travel, and operational workflows in a demanding environment
  • Experience from fast-paced, high-performance environments, such as investment banking, private equity, professional services, broader financial services, or settings with similar intensity, ideally supporting C-level executives
  • Able to engage meaningfully with finance-related topics and stakeholders, with the curiosity to build domain knowledge quickly
  • Skilled in clear and effective communication across senior stakeholders
  • Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
  • Able to coordinate business projects with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proactive, structured way of working with a strong sense of ownership and ability to self-manage priorities
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal

  • A university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives or senior finance leaders
  • Experience working within investment firms, financial institutions, or other regulated financial organizations
  • Background supporting executives in a fast-scaling, international, or high-growth company
  • Exposure to board meetings, investor relations, or reporting cycles, and the logistics that surround them
  • Familiarity with modern productivity tools and digital collaboration platforms
