The Company operates Snapchat, a visual messaging app that enhances your relationships with friends, family, and the world, and Specs Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to making computing more human, in addition to Bitmoji, Saturn, and other digital services.

As the Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Business Officer (CBO), you will be a highly trusted partner responsible for ensuring the executive office operates with excellence, precision, and discretion. You will anticipate needs, remove friction, and create the conditions that enable the CBO to focus on the company's highest priorities.

This role is ideal for an experienced Executive Assistant who takes pride in delivering exceptional executive support, thrives in dynamic environments, and finds satisfaction in creating calm amid complexity through thoughtful, behind-the-scenes execution. The ideal candidate derives satisfaction from making the impossible look effortless, whether orchestrating a flawless international trip, adapting seamlessly to constant schedule changes, or anticipating needs before they are expressed.

Success in this role requires outstanding judgment, adaptability, impeccable attention to detail, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. No two days are the same, and the best candidate will embrace the pace, complexity, and privilege of supporting one of the company's senior-most leaders with professionalism, discretion, and grace.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key partner to the Chief Business Officer, proactively managing an exceptionally complex calendar, aligning competing priorities, and ensuring the executive's time is protected and optimized.
  • Anticipate needs before they arise by preparing the executive for meetings, travel, and engagements while ensuring every detail has been thoughtfully planned and executed.
  • Lead all aspects of complex domestic and international travel, executive meetings, board engagements, customer events, offsites, and other high-profile engagements, delivering a seamless, white-glove experience from planning through execution.
  • Own the end-to-end logistics for meetings and engagements led by the Chief Business Officer’s office, coordinating agendas, attendees, venues, technology, materials, run-of-show, and follow-up to ensure each experience is seamless, well-orchestrated, and aligned to the office’s objectives.
  • Manage fast-moving priorities with composure and sound judgment, adapting quickly as plans evolve while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and a consistently polished experience for the executive and those around them.
  • Exercise exceptional judgment in balancing competing requests, protecting executive time, and determining where your support creates the greatest impact.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for executive leadership, board members, customers, partners, and other key stakeholders, exercising professionalism, diplomacy, and absolute discretion in every interaction.
  • Handle highly confidential information with integrity, maturity, and impeccable judgment.
  • Partner with the Executive Assistant community to share best practices, contribute to operational excellence, and foster a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve workflows, and increase the effectiveness of the executive office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
