Job Description

Manage the President's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, speaking engagements, and travel arrangements and expenses. Exercise discretion in committing time, and determine priority of matters for attention as needed.

Manage inbox and oversee wider communications support for the President.

Schedule significant department-wide and cross-functional leadership meetings, and support the planning and execution of larger scale meetings, including team offsites. Assist in the preparation and distribution of agendas and related materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience in relevant fields.
  • Significant experience in supporting a senior executive at a global organisation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Fluency in English (French is a bonus).
  • Proactive mindset to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Willing to work across timezones as needed to support President's travel schedule.
