We are working with an incredibly exciting specialty insurance and reinsurance business that has recently launched in the UK. Backed by a major international insurance group, the business operates within the Lloyd's market and is at a pivotal stage of growth. Currently a close-knit team of around 22, they are looking to double in size by the end of the year.

They are looking for an exceptional Senior EA to support their newly appointed CEO and become a true right hand as the business continues to establish and grow its London operation.

This is a fast-paced, high-pressure role supporting an incredibly driven and demanding CEO. He needs someone who is at the top of their game, who can keep up with his pace, anticipate what needs to happen before being asked, and get things done quickly and efficiently. A good sense of humour is essential!

The role will include:

  • Complex and ever-changing diary and calendar management.
  • Extensive international travel coordination, particularly across the UK, US and South Africa.
  • Acting as a true gatekeeper and managing competing priorities.
  • Preparing and coordinating Board packs and senior-level meetings.
  • Managing correspondence, documentation and employment contracts.
  • Keeping on top of a high-volume inbox and ensuring priorities are actioned.
  • Building strong relationships with senior international stakeholders.
  • Providing proactive support across ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
