Role Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant plays a key role in supporting the CEO and helping Neueda’s leadership team to deliver on its business objectives. Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders, the Executive Support Manager turns strategy into a clear plan, runs the leadership team’s meeting rhythm, and makes sure agreed actions are followed through.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving business, suited to someone who enjoys variety and rolls up their sleeves to get things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner and sounding board to the CEO, helping them focus their time on the highest-value priorities by maintaining diary management.
  • Prepare briefings, papers, and presentations for board meetings, investor conversations, and company-wide updates.
  • Lead the business planning and goal-setting cycle, working with each member of the leadership team to set clear, measurable objectives aligned to Neueda’s strategy.
  • Track progress against business objectives and provide the CEO and leadership team with regular, clear reporting on performance and priorities.
  • Plan and run leadership team meetings, from weekly meetings to quarterly away days, including agendas, pre-reads, and facilitation and a record of meeting minutes.
  • Ensure every leadership meeting ends with clear decisions, owners, and deadlines, and share actions promptly.
  • Follow up on agreed actions between meetings, keeping momentum and flagging early where support or a change of plan is needed.
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and bring the right people together to resolve issues and keep initiatives moving.
  • Lead high-priority projects that span several teams, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the leadership team and the wider business.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings when required, handling confidential information with discretion.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience in an Executive supporting position, business operations, strategy, consulting, or senior executive support role, ideally within a growing or start-up environment.
  • Experience in using AI Agents, such as ChatGPT, Claude, and any/or others.
  • Experience working closely with senior leaders and executive stakeholders, with the ability to build trust and influence without formal authority.
  • Experience running business planning, goal-setting, or performance tracking across multiple teams.
  • A track record of delivering cross-functional projects from start to finish.
  • Confident facilitation skills, with the ability to guide senior groups to clear decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparing papers and presentations for board and executive audiences.
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights that support decision-making.
  • A resourceful, hands-on approach, comfortable with ambiguity and able to move easily between strategy and detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
