What You'll Do
You will provide high-level executive support to BCG’s General Counsel, helping them operate effectively across a complex, fast-moving global agenda. You will manage competing priorities with sound judgment and discretion, anticipate needs, and help ensure that important commitments, communications, and follow-up actions move forward smoothly.
Alongside core executive support, you will contribute to communications, events, and selected projects that support the General Counsel’s priorities. You will work closely with senior colleagues across BCG, coordinating across teams while handling highly confidential information with care and professionalism.

- Manage complex, fast-changing calendars and priorities with discretion, judgment, and foresight.
- Partner with senior stakeholders whilst serving as gatekeeper and proxy to protect and optimize executive time.
- Coordinate senior-level meetings, engagements, events, and logistics, ensuring effective preparation and follow-through.
- Manage travel arrangements and related logistics where required, alongside accurate and timely expense administration.
- Draft and edit executive communications, presentations, briefing materials, and other written content.
- Partner with Marketing, Communications, and External Relations colleagues on relevant internal and external communications.
- Coordinate selected projects and initiatives, tracking actions, deadlines, dependencies, and emerging issues.
- Build effective relationships across senior and cross-functional teams, using sound judgment when managing sensitive or confidential matters.
- Support and guide junior support colleagues where relevant, contributing to a collaborative and professional team environment.
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years of executive support experience, ideally in a complex global professional environment.
- Proven experience supporting senior executives and managing competing priorities with sound judgment and high levels of discretion.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver accurately under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and tailoring content for different audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, with confidence learning new digital tools.
- A diplomatic, resilient approach and the confidence to challenge or redirect priorities appropriately.
- A collaborative, can-do mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to high-quality delivery.

Who You'll Work With
You will be part of BCG’s Executive Support team, working closely with colleagues across the Legal function to support the General Counsel’s priorities. You will collaborate with senior leaders, executive support colleagues, and cross-functional teams across BCG’s
The role requires strong coordination across geographies and time zones, with a collaborative and highly professional approach to building relationships and managing priorities.
