Role Description

The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, performance management coordination, and offboarding processes. The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage employee relations, ensure adherence to HR policies, and provide guidance to managers and team members on HR matters.

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation

The role also involves collaborating with leadership to support organizational culture, engagement, and continuous improvement in HR practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including strategic support to leadership and alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Skills in HR Operations, such as managing HR processes, maintaining HR systems and records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management activities.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Skills to implement and maintain HR Policies, ensuring compliance with company standards and UK employment regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are beneficial.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are essential.
  • Experience in the hospitality or services sector and familiarity with UK labor laws and best practices in HR is an advantage.
