About the Company
We are Executive Boutique supporting a confidential international fashion business in the appointment of a senior executive to lead its next phase of growth across Europe & Other International Markets. This is a significant leadership mandate for an accomplished fashion retail executive who has successfully built, scaled or transformed businesses across international markets.
About the Role
The successful executive will have broad ownership across commercial performance, market growth, retail operations, product and merchandising, expansion and organizational capability, working closely with global leadership to build a sustainable and scalable regional business.
Responsibilities
The Mandate
- Own regional business performance, including revenue, profitability and key commercial KPIs.
- Define and execute the growth strategy across established and emerging markets.
- Lead a multi-market, multi-channel retail business across stores, digital and relevant partnership channels.
- Strengthen retail productivity, customer experience and operating effectiveness.
- Translate consumer and market insight into commercial, product and merchandising decisions.
- Lead market and store expansion with disciplined investment and return expectations.
- Build and develop a high-performing regional leadership team.
- Operate effectively within a global, cross-cultural and highly entrepreneurial organization.

Required Skills
The Executive
- Significant leadership experience within international fashion, premium lifestyle or consumer retail.
- Current or previous experience as a Managing Director, Regional President, Regional GM, CEO, Chief Commercial Director or equivalent senior business leader.
- Demonstrated ownership of a meaningful P&L and track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Strong understanding of Europe and/or North American consumers and retail markets.
- Experience connecting product, merchandising, retail and commercial strategy rather than operating within one functional discipline.
- Evidence of scaling markets, channels, store networks or international businesses.
- Strong organizational leadership and experience operating across cultures and geographies.
- An entrepreneurial mindset combined with the commercial discipline required to build a business for scale.
