Job Description

Role Purpose

We are looking for a Senior Executive, Paid Media to help maximise the reach, engagement and commercial return of McLaren Racing partner activations through best-in-class paid media, audience targeting and digital distribution. Reporting to the Manager, Paid Media, this fixed-term role will support the Shark Ninja partnership and lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns that amplify partner content. You will help ensure partner investments deliver measurable business outcomes through effective use of paid social, programmatic advertising, first-party audience targeting and campaign optimisation.

Working across Digital, Marketing and Commercial teams, you will bring hands-on expertise across paid social, paid search, SEO and digital planning, while helping partners unlock greater value from McLaren Racing’s digital inventory through audience insights, performance reporting and technology-enabled opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Execution

  • Support paid media planning across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, programmatic channels and emerging digital platforms.
  • Assist in the development of full-funnel media plans designed to maximise awareness, engagement and conversion.
  • Coordinate campaign delivery, optimisation and budget allocation across partner campaigns.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered against agreed audience and performance objectives.
  • Test, learn and optimise audience targeting, creative formats and media strategies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
