Position Title
Senior Executive, PBTH
Reporting To
Manager, Asset Management
Position Summary
Responsible for supporting and coordinating aircraft spares procurement, component repair activities, vendor performance, and asset management processes. This role ensures operational efficiency, compliance with contractual obligations, and continuous improvement across departments.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and support aircraft spares purchasing and component repair activities by monitoring sourcing pipelines, tracking repair progress, and ensuring timely availability of serviceable parts to meet operational requirements.
- Manage end-to-end vendor administration including registration, onboarding, documentation control, and compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee monthly vendor performance evaluations, identify gaps or non-conformances, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) with internal stakeholders to ensure performance improvement.
- Prepare and analyse reports related to ATR GMA/PBTH activities, including core return performance, SLA adherence, exclusions, and operational trends; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
- Provide support to the logistics team on customs, duty exemptions, and tax-related processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely clearance of shipments.
- Review and monitor vendor Statements of Account, credit limits, recharge activities, and monthly spares expenditure to ensure financial accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting.
- Track and monitor all component repair activities to ensure compliance with technical requirements, turnaround time (TAT) commitments, and maintenance schedules.
- Drive and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to asset management, PBTH workflow efficiency, vendor performance, and cost optimization.
- Support procurement activities by preparing and releasing Purchase Orders (PO) and Repair Orders (RO) when required, including during peak demand or manpower constraints, to safeguard operational continuity.
- Carry out any other tasks as directed by the superior.

Qualifications and Years of Experience

- Minimum requirement of Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain/Aviation Management/Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in aviation, 6 months of which must be related to Material Management or Aircraft Maintenance.

Skill & Knowledge
- Good knowledge and understanding in supply chain management and familiar with procurement/Purchasing process.
- Understanding of Airworthiness Data.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of material management and aircraft maintenance
- Good IT and communication skills, well versed with AMOS and SAP.
- Proficient in data analysing application such as database and excel, preparing analytical reports.
- Technical and process-oriented background with the ability to understand and interpret technical data.
