The Role
You are responsible for procuring major goods & services for various Mapletree entities within the Group. You will have to plan, organise and execute the procurement activities for mainly property management teams across various assets with the objective of obtaining the most competitive pricing for the products and services procured, whilst ensuring compliance with procurement policies and SOPs.
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with the department procuring the services in organising and executing the procurement activities
- Source, obtain and evaluate the most competitive pricing for the products and services procured.
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluations and analysis, and quality checks on goods and services.
- Review and update the approved vendor list periodically.
- Plan, schedule and monitor the procurement of term contracts and minor capital projects to ensure timely approval and award.
- Prepare reports and statistics for management review.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with procurement policies and SOPs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelors/Masters degree, preferable.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in procuring property management services.
- Candidates with quantity surveying and/or contracts administration experiences with a QS consultant / developer may be considered.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience in using SAP will be advantageous.
- Meticulous, organized and resourceful.
- Possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
