Client Partner, International Executive Search

📍 Leeds City Centre, Hybrid Preferred 1 day per week in the office
(Remote Available with occasional travel)

LCR International is a specialist retained executive search firm operating exclusively within the international fresh produce industry.

Our clients range from international farming operations and export businesses through to investment-backed platforms, and we help them hire the senior leaders responsible for running and scaling produce organisations.

Alongside executive search, we also deliver competitor and market mapping projects, compensation and benefits benchmarking studies, organisational and succession insight work, and strategic talent advisory support.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is commercially curious, confident in conversation, and motivated by building relationships and creating opportunities.

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience in recruitment or executive search.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with senior professionals.
  • Interest in business development and commercial growth.
  • Resilience and persistence in a performance-driven environment.
  • A structured and organised approach to managing opportunities.
  • Motivation to work towards clear targets and KPIs.
  • Interest in working in an international market.
  • Flexible towards working hours (e.g. evenings for US clients).

What You'll Do

  • Build and own senior relationships with CEOs, founders, investors, and boards across the global fresh produce and agtech sector.
  • Win new retained search mandates and negotiate terms directly with clients.
  • Represent LCR at industry events and conferences internationally, including Fruit Attraction and equivalent.
  • Contribute to LCR's sector strategy as the firm expands into new geographies and service lines.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of winning and delivering retained executive search mandates, ideally from a boutique or specialist firm.
  • A contingent recruitment or executive search background also considered.
  • Demonstrated ability to build senior client relationships and close new business.
  • Comfortable operating with C-suite candidates and clients.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast-moving, founder-led business.
