Senior Executive Search Consultant | US Market | Relocate to Dubai
If you've built a successful desk recruiting into the US market and you're looking for something bigger than just another billing role, we'd love to speak with you.
We're Harris & Co Executive Search, an international executive search business with offices in Leeds and Dubai. Since launching in 2020, we've grown rapidly by partnering with some of North America's most exciting businesses to deliver senior and executive-level talent.
We're now looking for experienced consultants to join our Dubai office as we continue the next stage of our growth.

Founded in 2020, Harris & Co has grown from a start-up into an international executive search business with offices in Leeds and Dubai.
We specialise in executive search across the US, partnering with clients within:
- Construction
- Heavy Civils & Infrastructure
- Life Sciences
- Mission Critical / Data Centres
- Finance
Our consultants work with a mix of high-growth businesses and established industry leaders, delivering senior appointments that genuinely shape organisations.
This year, we're on track to surpass £10 million in annual revenue for the first time in the company's history, four years ahead of the original target set when the business was founded.

What we're looking for
- 3+ years' experience in Executive Search or specialist recruitment
- US market recruitment experience is essential
- A proven billing track record
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Experience recruiting senior-level professionals
- Ambitious individuals looking to build a long-term career within a growing business
